Ingredients
4 large eggs
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped (optional, adjust spice level)
1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder (optional)
2 tablespoons oil or butter

Prepare the Ingredients
